The combination of MultiDating events and the MultiDating.co.uk web site afford participants an exciting opportunity to meet potential dates and/or make new friends. In order to take part in any event conducted by 'www.MultiDating.co.uk', 'MutiDate.com' and all other services under the umbrella of the parent company, which is
'MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited', you must register and agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions of Use.
The terms 'MultiDate', 'MultiDating' and 'Speed Dating' are all interchangeable in all occurrences within this document with reference to the service rendered by MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 19 (nineteen) years old to register for any MultiDating event and to use this web site.
Participation in MultiDating events and the use of this web site is void where prohibited.

3. TERM

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any MultiDating event.

4. PARTICIPATION IN MultiDating.co.uk EVENTS
============================================
4.1 In order to participate in a MultiDating event you must have access to the Internet, as all scores must be entered through the MultiDating.co.uk web site. Additionally, management of all personal profiles and 'matches' are conducted through the MultiDating.co.uk web site.
4.2 MultiDating events and the MultiDating.co.uk web site afford participants an exciting opportunity to meet potential dates and/or make new friends. The MultiDating process offers participants three types of 'matches':

(A) 'YES' Matches. These are matches where two participants each score a 'YES' on their scorecards for the other. In each such case you will be notified in your personal 'View Your Matches' screen. These will be identified under the 'YES' heading. Each participant will be given the first name and the email address of their match so that they may immediately contact each other.

(B) 'FRIEND' Matches. These are matches where participant A scores a 'YES' on his or her scorecard for participant B, but participant B scores a 'FRIEND' for participant A. In such a case, where one match is a 'YES' and the other is a 'FRIEND' both matches will be notified that a 'FRIEND' status has been attained. Neither party A or B will be told whether the other party scored a 'YES' or 'FRIEND' score for them. As with the 'YES' match above, both parties will be given the first name and email address of their matches for them to contact each other but under the understanding that this is done under the terms of a 'friendship'.

(C) 'NO' Matches. This is when participant A scores a 'NO' on his or her scorecard for participant B, or vice versa. In either case when a 'NO' score is made, a 'NO' match is attained irrespective of what the other party placed on their scorecard. No details of either party will be exchanged, thereby upholding the wishes of the participant who marked 'NO'. Thus, with MultiDating events your email and name is given only to those you wish to communicate with, without any undue pressure.

5. SPECIAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS AND RELEASE

You hereby understand and acknowledge that by using this web site and participating in MultiDating events that your email address, first name and certain other profiling information that you provide will be provided to certain other participants. Neither MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited nor any of its business partners have conducted any research on the backgrounds of any of the participants in MultiDating events or visitors to this web site, and you agree to release MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited and its business partners from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a MultiDating event or through this web site. We strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take in meeting any new person in order to assure your safety.
You also understand and acknowledge that MultiDating events are held at venues of which neither MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited nor any of its business partners have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a MultiDating event, you agree to release MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited and its business partners from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or agent of MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited or its business partners.
All participants in MultiDating events understand and acknowledge that MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited provides a fun and exciting method of meeting new people. MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with any other participant. Additionally, MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited does not guarantee that any match between participants will be successful.

6. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES

By attending and participating in any MultiDating event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media. Each participant at a MultiDating event also irrevocably authorizes MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns to use in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which such participant appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such participant, while attending a MultiDating event. Such photographs may be used by MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited, its agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of MultiDating events or products, or for editorial purposes. No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings. Each participant at a MultiDating event irrevocably releases MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited, its principals, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her attendance and/or participation in any MultiDating event and the exploitation of photographs and/or audio/video recordings in any manner or format.

You agree to indemnify and hold MULTI ENTERTAINMENT Limited, its business partners, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this web site or participation in the MultiDating events in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein.

14. GOVERNING LAW
